Different horses have different nutritional needs. Some may be in the growth stage, some may have
high activity levels, and others may fall somewhere in between. All horses have specific nutrient requirements, including energy, protein, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. Nutrena feeds and supplements are designed to give horses the nutrients they need at each life stage - for peak condition and performance!
Most of the Nutrena Feeds have:
* Guaranteed Lysine and Methionine: essential amino acids for growth , performance and appearance
* Mineral levels: provides minerals for bone maintenance and development and provides electrolytes
* Vitamin E and Selenium: for immune response and provides antioxidant benefits, minimizing stress effects
* Added Biotin: hoof and hair growth
* Probiotic Yeast: improves palatability and fiber digestion
* High Fat: provides energy level required for training and competing, reduces risk of starch overload
I. EMPOWER: pelleted, highly digestible, energy efficient supplement with balanced fatty acids,
Ca:P, and Vitamin E. High fat-22%, lower fiber-6%, with flaxseed & high fat rice bran. Feed less with extra benefits! 1-2 #/day.

II. LIFE DESIGN COMPETE: pelleted, for maintenance, performance horses, and two year olds, all of the above
and 8% fat. Feed .25-1 % BW, average 2.5-5 #/day, therefore saving money by feeding less!

III. LIFE DESIGN YOUTH: pelleted feed for foals, weanlings, yearlings, mares, breeding and maintenance horses, all
of the above, lower fat-4%, higher CP. Feed .25-1% BW gestation/lactation, .5-1.5 Weanlings/Yearlings.

IV. LIFE DESIGN PRIME: pelleted feed, maintenance, gestation, lactation, performance horses, all of the above but

VII. FARR Legacy: performance horses, broodmares, stallions, and horses that are prone to heaves or dust allergies, beet
pulp probiotics, lysine, Vit E, Vit B Complex, 9 % fat provides more digestible energy, .25-.75% BW
