Riding Helmet Release

I understand that ASTM approved Riding Helmets for Equestrian sports are offered to be used during riding times while on the premises of Messick Quarter Horses at Pine Ridge Acres, L.L.C.  Even though safety is stressed, Messick Quarter Horses at Pine Ridge Acres, L.L.C. does not resume the responsibility for the safety of the riding participant.  It is the responsibility of the rider and/or the parent and/or guardian to enforce the additional safety measure of wearing an approved riding helmet.

                EVERYONE 18 YEARS & UNDER AND EVERYONE RIDING HUNT SEAT IN AN ENGLISH SADDLE MUST WEAR AN ASTM APPROVED EQUESTRIAN HELMET AT ALL TIMES WHILE RIDING ON THE PREMISES OF MESSICK QUARTER HORSES AT PINE RIDGE ACRES, L.L.C.

                I do not hold Messick Quarter Horses at Pine Ridge Acres, L.L.C. responsible if I choose to or chose not to wear an ASTM approved equestrian riding helmet.
